- Why good social support in the workplace and beyond is important for people facing mental health challenges
- Concrete examples of ways of supporting a colleague with mental health issues
- A concise framework to detect, support and advocate for individuals who may be dealing with mental health issues
- Resources and tools to create a healthy environment so employees facing mental health problems can flourish
