Dr. Depp is a clinical psychologist specializing, both in his practice and his research, in psychosocial interventions for bipolar disorder, and behavioural interventions to enhance treatment engagement and adherence. Dr. Depp’s research focuses on psychosocial interventions for bipolar disorder, use of technology for behavioural change, and the determinants of successful aging in people with mental illnesses. He has a strong interest in aging and bipolar disorder, particularly in the development of psychosocial interventions that can augment pharmacological treatment, and he is active in ongoing research focusing on the behavioural and biological determinants of successful aging. Dr. Depp is also on the Editorial Board of Bipolar Disorders.
Luckily for me, I work on a gorgeous campus close to the ocean. I try to get in a walk by the water at least every other day – usually with my (second) morning cup of coffee.
