Sara is currently a PhD student in the Psychology Department at Carleton University and works at the Royal’s Institute for Mental Health Research in Ottawa, Ontario. Her research interests include: Bipolar Disorder, Forensic Mental Health Care and Policy, and Patient-Oriented Research Methods. Sara has been working with the CREST.BD team for over a decade, in hopes of reducing stigma and sharing a message of hope and recovery.
I enjoy long walks, riding the Ottawa bike paths, gardening and making music.
